Respected Chief Minister,

Bihar.

During participating in the International Seminar conducted as a part of celebration of Bihar Diwas 2013, through a letter sent by Bengali Association Bihar, we learnt about abduction of Navaruna, a young girl from Muzaffarpur. She is still traceless.

We pray for her safety and appeal to Government to give necessary instruction to police for early recovery of her.
